Saturation Trust

Saturation Trust has partnered with a Registered Charity in Tanzania, Tumaini na Upendo.  The Trust offers you the opportunity to give the gift of dignity by allowing an underprivileged person to be cared for in their last stage of life and to die in dignity.

Tumaini na Upendo was established in Tanzania in 2006 to provide care in poor communities in the Mwanza region of Tanzania.  They are currently in the process of purchasing land to build a care facility for the terminally ill.  This will be the first of its kind in the Mwanza region (Tanzania’s 2nd largest city).  The sick, especially AIDS victims, are often discarded by their families and left to die in appalling conditions.  This facility will allow the terminally ill, regardless of their ethnic background or religious beliefs, to die with dignity in a safe environment.
The Trust are working alongside Tumaini na Upendo to raise funds to build this much needed terminally ill care facility as well as providing volunteers to support the work they are doing.  We are offering you the chance to give the gift of dignity, by donating to this project.
